This is probably the easiest bread to make – it’s pretty much scoop, stir, pour, bake and you’re done! Hey presto…or should that be Hey Protein Bread [oh dear].
Anyway, this recipe is super simple and great if you’re after a more healthy bread, packed full of protein. It’s delicious with both sweet and savoury condiments [hello smashed avo and chilli flakes]! The recipe is nut free for those of you with allergies, and is also free from dairy. Happy tummies all round.
Without further ado, here’s the recipe:
Step One – Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and line your bread tin with baking paper.
Step Two – Combine your dry ingredients into one bowl, and in another bowl mix together the eggs and milk.
Step Three – Combine the dry and wet ingredients, stirring thoroughly.
Step Four – Pour your mixture into your lined tin, and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
Step Five – Remove from the oven once the bread is a deep gold colour, and a skewer comes out clean. Can be served warm from the oven, otherwise leave to cool before storing and serving.
