This is probably the easiest bread to make – it’s pretty much scoop, stir, pour, bake and you’re done! Hey presto…or should that be Hey Protein Bread [oh dear].
Anyway, this recipe is super simple and great if you’re after a more healthy bread, packed full of protein. It’s delicious with both sweet and savoury condiments [hello smashed avo and chilli flakes]! The recipe is nut free for those of you with allergies, and is also free from dairy.
